hello
I set SC TPO profile setting in one symbol and everything was good so I save the setting. but when applying in other symbols, it's only showing one day. I tested it on different symbols and the results are the same

Remove all studies from that chart. How many days of data do you then see?

In historical and intraday data, bar charts are displayed fully. For TPO charts, some symbol like EURUSD has no problem and I can set it up easily. But when I duplicate the same chart for symbols like SPX or USDJPY,it shows only a couple of days. And no changing in setting would change it

For the chart USDJPY, what is the setting for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Load Data Limiting Method" set to?

Use number of days to load

Days for intraday charts: 30
For historical chart data ( read only): 4380
Adjust proportional with bar period: no

Do you have 30 days of data loaded in the chart (accounting for weekends, it will be slightly less than 30 days)?

If not, then refer to the following:

I'm sorry but the link descriptions didn't solve my problem. I still don't have access to TPO profile in some symbols and I really need to work with them. It was ok on my last device untill last night. The problem appeared after reinstalling SC

We need to start with a single chart and make sure that you have the proper underlying data. For the USDJPY chart, please remove the TPO study and make sure you have 30 days of data showing. Please take a screenshot showing us the underlying chart bars.

If you do not have the data you are expecting (i.e. 30 days worth of data) then follow the instructions given above for downloading more Intraday Data.

here is the screenshot of USDJPY. I set it on daily and this is the chart. I believe that I have more than 30 days.

by the way, the last line of the message log was written when I remove the TPO chart/

When you add a TPO study to a chart that is using a sub-period timeframe that is less than a day, the chart is automatically changed to an "Intraday" chart. When you removed the TPO study, it should have already been in this state.

Please do the following - add the TPO study back to the chart and then remove the TPO study. Do not change the Bar Period (or any other parameter). We need to see what the bars look like in this case.

this is what I've done:
I removed the studies, set the time frame to daily, add TPO profile, and removed it. after removing the study it turns back to 1 min bar charts.

I did the same thing to EURUSD which has no problem in setting the TPO profile up, and this also turns back to 1 min

It will turn the data to Intraday data, since that is what the TPO profile needs.

With the USDJPY chart, please scroll back as far as you can and see what the date and time are of the first bar in that chart (the intraday 1 minute chart, as it is when you took the image).

Thank you
It's solved when I set the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 4.
Thanks

Excuse me, this setting the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 4 doesn't change any data I'm receiving in Forex and CFD? I'm asking because it was in future contact section. Just cautious

Changing that particular item changes it for all charts. It is a Global setting.

Also, changing it should not have any impact on how many days of data you have loaded in a chart.

Also, there is nothing in the documentation we pointed you to that indicates you should change that, unless you want to increase the loading speed of your charts, but this is at the expense of the underlying information.

Refer to the following for what the "Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" does:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)
