Hi guys!
I paid at month's start and getting message that service runs out 13th July...Have I not payed for the month?

What you paid for at the start of the month was the Exchange Fee.

The Sierra Chart Usage Time and the exchanges are due at different times. In particular, the Sierra Chart Usage Time works on a rolling 31 day basis. So when you purchase 1 month, you are getting 31 days. Therefore, the exact date each month that the Usage Time renews will change, since not all months have 31 days in them. Your Usage Time is set to renew on July 13, 2023.

The Exchanges work on a Calendar Month basis, so you pay on the first day of each month for that upcoming month.

Right now, you do not have enough funds in your account to pay for the upcoming Usage Time renewal on the 13th. You will need to add funds to your account in order to ensure that you have enough for the renewal.

You are setup for automatic payments, and we are a bit surprised that you were not automatically charged for the amount you need to add. We think this may be related to having enough funds when it checked previously, but then those funds were used for the data feed. So the system is not checking again. Therefore, you do need to add the funds manually to your account at the following page:
