How do I get date/time and price levels on my chart?
Go to Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart and if 'Use Global Graphics Settings...' is unchecked, edit the colors of:
-Chart Values Scale Text Color
-Chart Time Scale Text Color

If Global Graphics Settings are used, go to Global Settings >> Graphics Settings - Global
and edit the same two colors.
