global data feeds India , does not load the footprint chart

Hi contacted global data feed they said indicators setting is done on sierra chart, numbers study is not populating the bid vol x ASK vol the way its supposed to. While using CQG or denali or SC data I had no issues as such. please help me for this.

If you are not getting the Bid/Ask data for bars when you were not connected to the data feed, then this is an issue with Global Data Feeds. We know they were looking into it at one point, but we do not know if they ever resolved this. If it is an issue with live data, then please give us an image so we can better understand the issue. We can not say. This is the data as we are getting it from Global Data Feeds. You would need to as them about the data.
