Is it possible to load only the day i want to backtest for the chart replay? like if i want to backtest the time period from 1-05-2023 to 5-05-2023 to just load only that week istead of all the days from 01-05 to the current date?

Yes of course. This is done through the Chart Settings Data Limiting tab.
