I am unable to place orders for stocks. Also, the data seems to be slightly delayed, even though I am subscribed for market data with my brokerage. Please let me know what steps I can take to troubleshoot.

What is the symbol of the chart?

Provide us the lines from the Trade Activity Log showing the order submission and any response:

I looked at the log and followed the instructions from this thread (New NASDAQ Total View Data Feed - Interactive brokers Error missing order exchange) to enter the missing exchange information.
It seems to be working fine now, thanks.
