i recently tried to update but having a windows error code 32..the process can not acces the file because it is being used by another process... that s the error message so i can t get an update please help me solve this...thank you in advance |

Make sure Sierra Chart is not running when do the update. The best option is to select "Help >> Download Current Version" which will close the running Sierra Chart and then perform the update. Also make sure you do not have any Sub-Instances running, if you are using them.
