I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I encountered while attempting to load historical data from the previous year for specific symbols using a 1-minute interval. Unfortunately, the chart only loads data until December 30, 2022, and I require access to earlier data within the 1-minute interval. I have tried two potential solutions, but none of them have been successful thus far. Here are the details of the attempted solutions: 1) Chart Settings > Load Data Limiting Method > Use Number Of Days to Load > Days To Load for Intraday Chart Data Type: 365 2) Use Date Range > Date Range In File From: 2021-12-30 Symbols: 1. ADR-NASDAQ | NASDAQ ADVANCE/DECLINE RATIO 2. TICK-NYSE | NYSE TICK 3. TICK-NYSE_NASDAQ_NYSEMKT I have found that when I switch the interval to "Daily," I can load the desired earlier data. However, my primary interest lies in the 1-minute interval. I kindly request your guidance on how to resolve this issue and successfully load the historical data for the specified symbols in the 1-minute interval. |
