Not receiving denali live data

Hey there, I just opened up an account in edgeclear today in order to enable the denali live data feed.
I have completed all the CME forms and they all have been APPROVED, then I purchased denali data feed and followed the step of the "once a month connection" but for some reason I stil don't get the live data feed and the "[M]" in the top of the screen/chart.

would love to be assisted with it and see if I missed a certain step.

What order routing service are you setup to use with Edge Clear?

I guess you meant the service in sierra - thats Teton CME routing

Yes, we were looking for the Teton Order Routing (or someone else). In this case, make sure you have gone through the Setup Instructions for your side of the Teton Order Routing Service starting at Step #6 at the following link:
