[Programming Help] - Trailing Stop Not Working

For several months now, I have used a trailing stop for my final contract of trades. I trail by 10 points (see attached image of the settings), and it's always worked flawlessly. Today, however, the market has moved up to 4493.75 (SP500 Futures), and my trailing stop did not move along in kind and I had to manually move it up (as the image below shows). It was stuck down at 4481. Is this a common or known issue? Can I have relative confidence that it won't happen again? Any way you could look into the trade to see if you see what happened with this? |
