i Currently have a funded traded account through amp however im not getting any live data to coming through . i can see my account is properly connected as well as shows im connected to live data .

The U.S. Markets had an early close today and will be mostly closed through tomorrow (the CME Group has an odd schedule, refer to their website for specifics).
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

the market is back open today and the system shows im connected to live data but nothing is coming through i akso am getting this message on my platform

You are trying to get data for the CME Group while using CQG. We do not have support for data from CQG for The CME Group or EUREX. Therefore, you need to get this data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. To do this, follow the instructions at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Once you are setup with the Denali data you can tell AMP that you do not want the data from CQG, so you are not paying for it twice.

i went through the steps but for some reason it looks like my account was changed from nonprofessional to a professional is that possible why im not seeing my normal data coming through ?
