How to turn off: Mouse Right-click accidentally executes order on DOM

I need to turn off ability to create order with right click, and limit to left click only. Is this possible? If so, how? At the moment clicking on any mouse button will cause an order to be placed on DOM, if mouse cursor is hovering over the bids or offers columns. |
