Hello and thanks for your help. I have an active broker account and an active denali data feed. I have an active subscription of the "12 - Integrated Advanced MBO (Monthly)". When I log into my trade account and open a chart I get "Download failed. Hostprical data only supported with denali data feed." and " rel-time market data only supported with denali data feed". Also, when I choose "Trading Evaluator [trading] from the data/trade service settings I get delayed data. What do I need to do to get live data? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-06-28 14:21:06

We see that you have activated the "Full CME Group with Market Depth" exchange, so you should be getting the real-time data now. Note that the exchanges work on a calendar month basis and are not pro-rated. Therefore, you paid the full amount for this exchange for the remaining days in June. You will be charged again on July 1 in order to continue to get the data for July. Please ensure you have enough funds in your account prior to July 1 in order to automatically renew the exchange on that date.
