Been out of town a couple weeks. Last date I logged in was 23/06/09. On that day, charts stopped updating at 6:53 or 7:02 AM CDT depending on market. Tried to reload data, no change. Rebooted. No chartbooks opened. All settings are back to default. Didn't have time to contact you until now. Please fix, or tell me how to do it! Payment due today. Will pay when fixed.

Most likely you've got a date limit on your chart. If you go into your chart settings you'll see "Data limiting." Click on that and check the "load data limiting method." If you're using "Use data range" then look below for the start and end dates. Then make sure the end date is correct. |

First, do you require real-time data or just delayed streaming data? And tell us the symbol of one of the charts that is not updating. Activate the exchanges that you need here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed After that restart Sierra Chart. After that: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. Just be aware that the exchanges work on a calendar basis and are not pro-rated. Therefore you will pay the full amount for the exchange for the remainder of the month, regardless of when, within the month, you activate the exchange. For example, if you activate an exchange today (June 29, 2023), then you will pay the full price for the exchange in order to get the data for the remaining 1 day in June. You will then need to pay again on July 1, 2023 in order to get the data in July. Therefore, you may want to wait until July 1 to activate the exchange(s).
