Hi, i wanted to activate trial but i have problem with receiving sms, no sms came. Tried different phone number but wasnt working too. What should i do? I would love to buy this software, but my strategy is not ready for live trading so i want to only test it with your tools such as volume and market profile with footprint until im profitable, Thank you.

Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary. If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". Hello, I am having the same issue. Can anyone from Sierra Charts help please? I am having trouble registering and activating my free trial account in a sense that I am getting an error when inputting my phone number for receiving the code via SMS. To activate it, I went to Select Global Settings >> Activate Trial I have attached a screenshot of the full error. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. Regards Dorel |
