How to cancel/flatten Simulated Orders for Prior Contract that are not filled

I pulled up my Trade Orders Window and there are 8 buy bracket orders that remain unfilled from the prior ES contract and I have been unable to remove them/cancel/flatten. When I open a trading DOM in Sim for that ES contract it shows flat for that contract. Every time I want to close my platform it reminds me that I have open Sim Orders. What window or method do I use to remove these?

You should just be able to select those orders and cancel them:
Trading Information Windows: Canceling Orders

However, make sure the main instance of Sierra Chart is running and is in Trade Simulation Mode.

You need to disable that and then you can flatten the position.

If that does not work we will give you another step to follow.

I am requesting a remote login to my platform to resolve this. When I disable Trade Simulation and click flatten, it is issuing a live order for the -8 To BUY and the Trade Positions window still shows the -8, it does not flatten against the SIM1 and the order is rejected if Trade Sim is off. Let me know when we can complete this task, thanks

We apologize for the delay. We are always quite busy. We think we can help you with this without the call.

Go to the main instance of Sierra Chart and clear the Trade Activity for that particular Symbol and Trade Account following these instructions:
Trade Activity Log: Clearing Trade Activity Data

Also, when disabling Trade Simulation Mode in the sub instance, you do need to keep it enabled in the main instance. That is a detail we did not explain.
