A friend transferred me a file size of (77879 KB) .CHT for import - I accepted the file on the website. It worked the first time i opened it, I closed Sierra Charts and when I try to the open the file again under chartbooks the file size dropped to 48 B? I'm using an iMac, i had to download Crossover in order to use Sierra Chart. Can you help me please ! |

I've signed the Uniform Subscriber Agreement and completed the CME Non-Professional Certification twice, I'm using a new broker account Ironbeam. I have tried to connect my account to receive live data, but it says "No trade account has been assigned?" How long does it take for the account to be verified? Also, how would I be able to erase the old broker(NinjaTrader) on my account. |

It is really up to IronBeam as to how long they take to get the account setup. You need to check with them. And make sure you have everything setup properly on your system by ensuring that you have followed the instructions at the following link starting at Step #6 for the Teton Order Routing Service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions What are you wanting to erase in terms of NinjaTrader from your system? We do not keep anything related to what broker you are connected to, apart from the Trade Activity. The Ironbeam account is already fully set up, I signed the Uniform Subscriber Agreement two days ago, It was reviewed and accepted by Sierra Charts. I tried tried to connect my account to receive live data, but it says "No trade account has been assigned? So, I figured it was up to Sierra Charts to certify the trading account under the CME Exchanges page? I thought maybe there would be a conflict since i already had submitted a Uniform Subscriber Agreement for NinjaTrader, but I never connected that account. |

This means one of two things. That your broker did not assign your Sierra Chart username to an account set up on Teton order routing system or the Sierra Chart username was not specified correctly.
