Cannot download historical DATA for US STOCKS

Hi, Today i tired to download historical data for my US STOCKS Watchlist (NASDAQ). After downloading all watchlist i see that actually i didn't get any data from yestarday. Also when i am clicking now i chart no data is downloading. Are there problem with data feed? |

No problems. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". sorry but its not clear for me what is this limitation set to 30k, means in "real" life for me if i want to download EOD DATA. When i Want to download EOD data for NASDAQ around 5k Symbols e.g TODAY Morning. Is this mean that i can only download data 6 times per month? 5k x 6 = 30K, so in fact i can only be up to date with EOD data through one week of month? |

Could you confirm if i understand this correctly? When i Want to download EOD data for NASDAQ around 5k Symbols e.g TODAY Morning. Is this mean that i can only download data 6 times per month? 5k x 6 = 30K, so in fact i can only be up to date with EOD data through one week of month? You simply have to pay more! And we are giving you a very low price, considering how much we pay ourselves. If you want to do that many downloads per day, then we can do this for you, at 150 USD per month additional and we will add an option for this. You can then do 5000 downloads a day for 22 Days in the month. And yes we have to charge that much. We will add new options for this. The additional 50,000 downloads per month for $25 that price is going to go up. And we are going to have to reduce the number of downloads per month that we allow users based upon what we pay. No. There may be some changes coming in the next several months, where the historical daily data downloads will become unlimited but not right now. We have to pay for those. So please specify for me: In my daytrading (FUTURES MARKET) i am using 6 diferent futures symbol on daily basis so i have to always be able to have live data for them. In my STOCK list for Sierra i have 7277 different symbols (NYSE, NASDAQ) based of Sierra list from NASDAQ AND NYSE. So please tell how many times i can download all "EOD" data for all STOCK symbol so i can still use my FUTURES DATA without any complicationd that i cannot download DATA. |

You cannot download historical end of day data for that many stocks without causing a problem if you do not want to pay for extra queries. There will be a problem.

So please specify for me how many times i can download all Symbols for stocks. If every day i use 6 different Futures, so Per one day its 6 download request? Or if i e.g login 2 hours later -its another 6 request- so together is 12request ? How can i count those requests? |
