last night i open free trail account & download the software, but still when open the chart it ask for ACTIVATION, for this i have send lots of massages. ok no problem.

then after i want to pay 40 usd, but i am not able how to pay. for this i have also send lots of massages but still i have not got any replay.
so please suggest me what i do in this condition. and apart of this i want some query also for chart.

please replay as soon as.........

ok i agree with but i am going for payment but i want in chart 15 min & 4 hour time which is not available in your chart and some more commodity like nikile, lead, zinc, lead. how they are coming in chart please help me as soon as. and after how many time my account will activate after payment. please replay as soon as.

These are not really available with the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service. If you use a Data or Trading service that we support that provides LME data, you can get them.
