How to fast download data for US stocks?

I created watchlist for us stocks by "Symbol->ADD NYSE" Now i have watchlist containg all NYse symbols. I do understand that first time download could take a while. But for the next download i believe that it took only couple minutes. My internet speed is 1GB/s. Weight of one file is around 600KB. So even for 3K symbols it should be pretty fast. Yet, when i downloaded next day data, it took 1hour to download all files. how can i make it download "fast"? |

You really need to use the "Intraday File Update List" to be continuously getting the data. BUT i am using only EOD charts (DAILY/Weekly_) I don't need intraday charts. Is it possible to make it work with EOD? |

There is not an option to pre-download daily data.

Can you consider adding such option for Stock Traders? I am not sure why is this a problem since those files are very light, so whole "package" of NYSE / NASDAQ DLY file will have 200MB on top. You as sierra can give direct link for EOD data that will be downoladed directly into DATA folder. |

Can option "Download data from end of chart" works for EOD Data? That could solve time issues of downloading data
