Charts not updating. Suspect Denali data feed issue. I run SC Charts on two computers. Each SC app runs fine by its self but second one opened does not update. Deactivated Denali Data Feed this morning on my account page but when I reload SC Charts, opening msg shows Denali data feed still enabled. Help, please?

Thanks. However, I'm only paying the Denali exchange fees for one computer, not for two. Doesn't that matter? I guess I'm confused...sorry.

You are paying for the Denali data for 1 system. That means that when you try to access the data on a second system at the same time, you will not get the real-time data on that second system. In order to get the data to 2 different systems at the same time, you need to pay for 2 systems, which means that you pay for the exchange fees twice. All of this is covered in the documentation here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks. I guess I'm not being very good at explaining. I don't need or want Denali data feed on two computers, only want it on one. But it's being enabled on both. I think thats the problem with chart updating on the second one. How do I stop the second one from enabling Denali? I use SC Data as my data connection and don't need a trading connection.

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to No.
