Tell us one symbol this happens with. One symbol only. Tell us the exact time and time zone this happens.

And then at that time provide a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:
Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases)

And only tell us when this happens after you are starting Sierra Chart. Not at any other time.

Greetings,

to have a faster PC/program start i usually us the Hibernate modus of Win10. The last 3 days i exclusivly used the shut down modus. Every time the charts did correctly load all missing data after the program start.
Could the use of the Hibernate modus cause any data download trouble?

Best Regards

We see you are using sub instances. There has been a recent issue involving sub instances with historical data downloads not occurring under some conditions. This is resolved. Update Sierra Chart. Instructions:

Software Download: Fast Update

Follow the instructions here to download the missing historical data:

OK,

i used again the hibernation method to turn off my PC. Its still the same problem...data gap in all charts. Are you still interested in the log or do you only care about a download problem after a regular SC start? Again...i use hibernation and not the shut down method. Test was with latest SC version.

Thx

Does this problem only occur in a sub instance of Sierra Chart?

I opened a chartbook in the main instance...so far no data gaps in the subs.

Update Sierra Chart to the latest version. Instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

See if that resolves any missing data you have in sub instances.

i am using version 2547 64bit and the problem with no data in the subs after starting the pc from Hibernate modus makes again trouble: I have to delete and reload data for every single chartbook after starting my pc.

Pls advise...

Therefore, there is some connectivity problem, related to hibernate causing the issue. If you are missing data, follow these instructions:
