hi there is a problem with a lot of intraday data...fake data for MCD JPM HD and so on. in the attachment you can see intraday 12H of hd as an example

This has been resolved. Follow the instructions here:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)

Also that data was transmitted by the exchange on the CTA feed.

Actually we can still see a problem with some of the symbols. For now just do not include the evening session until we look into this some more.

it doesn't work. if i delete and download to the same chart it remain the same. WHEN i create a new chartbook and download the same ticker it works. but when i set session fromm 00:00 to 23:59 the error reappear. so i delete the file from the directory \data and redownload it but it is the same!!!!
can you take me in control with teamviewer?

No we are not going to be doing any remote session. That is not needed.

Yes of course! The NYSE transmitted erroneous data last night after the close! this data was from the exchange!

We developed a filter this morning for it but it is not working as expected. We need to research this.
