Opening an FXCM account through Sierra Chart

Hi, I want to open an active trader account with FXCM through Sierra Chart, but the links showed doesn't work.

1-Why?

2-If I'm spanish citizen, I think that I need to do it with FXCM UK, is this correct?

We tested the FXCM UK link and it works:

1. If it does not work for you, then how would we know why?

You should assume that the problem has to do with a connection between your computer and the FXCM server or at the time the FXCM server was down.

2. You should use the FXCM UK link.

Hi again.

I've opnened an account at FXCM, and I've talked with them before send any funds to confirm that I have the Active Trader Account. But them said to me that I need one document from Sierra Charts to have it. I don't know what I need but he said that you know. Can you give it to me?
