When I open up DOM no data is coming through. Do I need to upgrade my data feed? Is that the problem?

You do not have an exchange with Market Depth data active. You currently have the "CME non-professional Top-of-Book" exchange active. You would need to select an exchange that includes the "Market Depth" data. You can change your exchange selections at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Note that the exchanges are not pro-rated and they do not give refunds. Therefore, if you deactivate an exchange, you will not get any funds back (by deactivating it, you are really only setting it to not renew next month, you will still get the data through the end of the current month). And when you activate an exchange, you will pay the full month price regardless of when you activate it within the month, and then you will pay the full month price again on the first day of the next month.
