Subject updated from 'Real time Chart' to 'Real time Chart......ready to pay up' -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi again trust your day is awesome!! :) Tried to follow your link but still not able to get my duplicated chart show me candlesticks so they track the US stock market. With that said, again I'm ready to pay to get this setup properly. I'm usually pretty tech savvy but admittingly Sierra is a learning curve to understand its nuances. Currently need help on the following: 1) Not seeing a 'functional candlestick chart' that properly links to my duplicated DOM (depth of market) that is tracking a US stock equity (see attached graphic). 2) Currently, I dont see any T&S (time and sales) data showing any data despite being linked with the correct future contract codes. (see attached graphic). 3) Currently not seeing any demand data on my DOM. After i recently had assistance setting up my Sierra Charts & I saw it working before, but since the last few days I'm seeing nothing again, despite my charts showing a green live feed working (see attached graphic). I'm available anytime to have someone show me what to do......... much appreciated in advance. Again prepared to pay to get this setup correctly, not a problem. Thank you in advance. Craig F. Scott |

1. This looks like a scaling issue. Make sure the scales are set to "Automatic" and then reset the scales. Refer to the following links: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Opening the Scale Settings Window for the Main Price Graph Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Automatic (Scale Range) Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Resetting the Scale 2. If your charts are updating, then your Time and Sales should be updating. The main thing to check is whether you have any filtering set and if so, remove it.
