Hi John, My 16yr old great nephew wants to look at charts over his summer break. Can I allow him to log in from Chicago on a second computer? I know I can, and he will only be getting 15min delayed why pay exchange fees for someone just learning? The question is when he would log on will he grab my 'live' data feed as only one is allowed? If so can we stop that from happening so that he logs on each time to the delayed data? Any extra costs? Thanks, mate, Karen |

Officially, he is supposed to have his own account per our license agreement: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Licensing / Number of Systems Where he could be on package 3 or 5 and get the delayed data with that package. But, if this were something you were wanting to do for your own purposes, then you would set the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "No". Then that second computer will only get the delayed streaming data and not "steal" your live feed. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

thanks, mate, he's working a summer job so will just be logging on a few days a week for the summer break. Appreciate your reply. Karen |
