Hello Support Team I currently use the CQG feed which does not support the CME / Nymex listed HOCL and RBCL exchange traded spreads. Does the RITHMIC feed support these listed spreads. If RITHMIC does have these spreads under the find symbol function could you please open a DOM for the august contract on each of these exchange listed spreads and check if there are bids and offers there (because if I switch and discover it is listed but there are no bids and offers I wont be able to trade it anyway). Really appreciate your help. |

We need a very specific symbol to test. Can you provide us a link on the CME website for a particular spread contract you want us to test. This does not look correct. Have a look at this page for the first market you linked to: http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/energy/refined-products/rbob-crack-spread-swap-futures.html Same thing with the other market you linked to. These particular markets you linked to are not typically traded. There is no trading activity. We need a very specific spread contract. We are not going to do testing unless you give us a very specific symbol. A symbol according to the CME specifications . Really when it comes to spread trading, we recommend using CTS T4: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/CTS_T4.php Sierra Chart has the ability to look up spread symbols right within Sierra Chart when using CTS T4. Hi guys, looking for information, inline with the above question. Can I trade the ICS NOB spread via CQG, Victor at AMP Support is telling me that its impossible and that I would need to trade exchange listed spreads via TT Platform? Bests, Sean. |

CQG exchange traded spreads are definitely supported. Refer to: CQG Trading Platform Service: CQG Exchange Traded Strategies/Spreads Symbol Format They are also supported through CTS which AMP supports as well: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/CTS_T4.php#Symbols Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
