I would like go live and upgrade to service package 11 with Denail Data feed and teton order routing. Does this price include the Live CME Data or do I need to pay it separately? If so how and where? Lastly, I am using Interactive Broker as my broker and wanted to know if I can use the 30 evaluation (service pack 12) for live account?

CME Data is optional, log on to sierrachart.com and Support --> Account Control Panel --> Activate Services, sign the "CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchange Agreements" and activate the data feed(s) you want.

Unfortunately, Interactive Broker does not support Teton, I had to switch from IBKR to EdgeClear Teton.

Denali works with IB.

IB does not support Teton.

IB has it's own order routing.

To setup the Denali Data for the CME Group, follow these instructions:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

You can use Package 12 with Interactive Brokers, but you have to be getting the data from our Denali feed in order to get the MBO data.

Hi,
I am using service pack 12 with Denali Data feed and my broker will be Interactive Brokers. Do I use the Interactive Broker setup on their set or do you have another setup using IB but using SC service package for market data?

The reason I asked because in their setup it's asking me to change the Data/trade service to Interactive Broker. Is this correct?

Here are our instructions to connect to Interactive Brokers:
Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions

You will set your "Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "Interactive Brokers". This is telling the system that you will be connecting to IB. But, as long as you have the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup properly, then you will be getting the data from our Denali feed. For more information on this, refer to the following:

my time at bottom of chart is not displaying ETH time. I change my session time from 09:30:00 - 16:00 to 18:00:00-17:00:00 and the results are still the same. see attachment.

Your Session Times are jumbled. You need to make sure that the Evening Session does not overlap the Day session. Refer to the following regarding Session Times:

I changed my symbol from ES to MES and it is taking forever to download. Why is it taking so long to download? Please help I attached a screenshot.

It is taking a long time to load because you have requested a lot of data. The data we see loading at the time of the image you took is from September of 2022. You just have to wait for all of it to load, or do not load so much data.

So i went to chart - chart setting - data limiting and each time I try to change the Date Range in File it to 2023-01-30 and hit apply to all it goes back to the date I have circle in the attachment. I reduced the Days to load to 90 from 365 and it's been over 5 hours since trying to download the historical data. I have Danali Data feed.

You do not want to change the "Date Range in File". Just adjust the "Days to Load", as long as the setting for "Load Data Limiting Method" is set to "Use Number of Days to Load", otherwise, you would adjust the "Date Range From/To".

It is still trying to load data from way back for some reason. If you still do not have the data displaying and it is still trying to load, then select "Chart >> Reload and Recalculate". This should force it to load just what you have set in the Chart Settings. Let us know if you still have an issue after this.

I did that and it's still taking a long time to load. All i did this morning was change the symbol from ES to MES and it has been nothing but problems trying to load the data. The application keeps freezing and i had to force quick and reboot my computer. It's been a hassle. please help.

The most recent images show that you have the data being loaded. Depending on a number of factors, it can take a bit. How long has it taken to load the data now that you are only trying to load 90 days?

We also see that it states "Calculating Studies" in the upper left. So that is another factor going into why that chart is taking awhile to load.

First, open a new chart without any studies on it for the same symbol. See if the data will load. If it does, then there is probably something with a study having an issue on that other chart.

Let us know if the new chart takes a long time to load as well.

Everything is freezing up on my chart book and this is how the market profile (letters) look now. I had all chartbook setup correctly when I was using the SIM with ES and the only thing I did this morning at 0630 was change the symbol to MES and it has been a challenge after i change the symbol to MES.

What you have setup is to view the ES and trade the MES. If this is what you want, then you should be fine.

What do you mean by "When I changed the symbol it throws off my charts"? What symbol did you change and what got "thrown off"?
