how do i expand my dome window so I am enable to trade from it?when I opened a new window for CL the dome does not have the side panel where I can see the price and place trades

When you refer to the side panel are you referring to the Trade Window?: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Opening Trade Window for Chart or Trade DOM It can be attached to the side of the chart which is explained in the documentation linked above. Also, you are not seeing the Bids and Asks on the DOM because you are not subscribed to an exchange that includes the Market Depth data. You can change your exchange selection at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just keep in mind that the exchanges do not give refunds and the fees are not pro-rated. So you will pay the full amount for any new exchange you activate for the remainder of this month, then you will pay again on the first day of next month for the next month. Thanks for your help I know I do not have market depth.I figured out the problem after all, I was opening the new month dome from the trade tab, which gives me the dome without the bid ask columns.So when I went to the file tab and opened the "open trading dome for chart" I found what I was looking for the dome with the order bid ask columns.
