I am currently using the Denali Exchange data feed for EUREX and CME data, with CQG for my trade service. I'd like to trade the Hong Kong Exchange as well. From reading about the cutover it sounds like this isn't supported in the Denali feed. If I subscribe for the Hong Kong data feed through CQG, will my Denali feed still work for EUREX/CME, and only the hong kong instruments will pull data from CQG's data feed?

Yes. You will get the data for HKFE from CQG and you will get the data for the CME Group and EUREX from our Denali feed. You will continue to send all your trades through CQG. You just need to add the data for HKFE from CQG. Everything should work from there.
