hello i tried to use the 3 day emergency trial activation while I wait for my payment to go through for a service subscription and it failed, telling me to contact support. please advise. thx |

You can not do an emergency activation since you are on a trial. Nonetheless, your payment is showing in your account. You just have to select the package you want and you will be all set.
