Hi has this ever happened before the long position opened itself on my sierra charts on apex eval account and i closed it, is this normal. kind regards |

This is not normal and should never happen. You would need to look at the source of the order on the Trade Activity Log in the "OrderActionSource" field on the "Trade Activity" page. Hi John Trade activity log the order is there. At 15:28 and closed at 15:28. But I never opened that position but I quickly closed when I seen it. Can you please look in to it for me. Thanks |

You need to look at the OrderActionSource for the Order and Order Fill and see what it states as to why the order was opened. That is where the information will be. We can not do or see anything more than that.

i had this occur to me for one of my futures position, which closed itself at 5 PM PST. i thought it was IBKR rules.
