Is there a way to change the behavior of the "Break even" button to move my stop to breakeven + 1 tick (or 2-3 ticks). I want to have a "net" breakeven that includes commissions. If not with the breakeven button is there another way to do this without dragging the order or entering it manually?

Also, I need to run SC simultaneously on 2 laptops. Laptop 1 requires full market depth, but laptop 2 only requires top of book data. Is there a way to purchase only "top if book" data for the second laptop?

You can define an "Offset" for the BreakEven button, so the move will not be to exactly the BreakEven amount. Refer to the following:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Set >> Move to BE Offset
