ESM3.CME charts are no longer live

My charts are stuck at 9:30a from yesterday. All of the charts in the chartbook have stopped here. I have updated and I have reconnected to no success. I have Rithmic data and I also have Denali for historic data. Any ideas?

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:

For now you can get delayed streaming data following the below instructions:

To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions.


Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "OK"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)

You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.

I have updated and I have reconnected to no success I have also reset to CQG in order to access the CME Group of exchanges through my regular broker (Normally done monthly). I have Rithmic data and I also have Denali for historic data. Any ideas?

Sierra Chart does not use Rithmic data for current data and Denali for historical data. You are either using one or the other, not both.

Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
