BLURRED TEMPLATES WHEN USING THE HAND SCROLL ON CHARTS

Hope you are well. Something went wrong with my Sierra Charts - i go to any template and it gets blurred after I installed the current ver. This happens when i left click to scroll up or down on the chart using the hand. What could be the issue? How do i resolve it? Thanks, Samuel |

First update to the latest release to ensure that this is not something that has already been fixed. If you still have an issue after updating, then check the setting for "Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other >> Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics". If this is set to "Yes", then change it to "No" and restart Sierra Chart and see if you continue to have the same issue.
