Morning support, I have a chartbook which I have been using for years and which has always worked well. Suddenly, nothing has changed, but it has become very sluggish indeed to the point of being unusable. Each click on any button, right click, navigate in a chart, drop down menus etc tracts 10 seconds after each mouse click.

Any idea what may cause this? I tried to take off each chart from the chartbook one by one but no change. I tried to rename the workbook but no change. One thing though: One of the charts takes a long time to calculate at first launch when opening the workbook. While this particular chart is calculating, speed and responsiveness is normal. Once it has fully loaded up and calculated and displaying then this is when sluggishness starts.

Many thanks for your help and guidance to solve this.

This is a performance issue in Sierra Chart based upon the chart configurations. Refer to:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often

This must be the problem chart then:
Once it has fully loaded up and calculated and displaying then this is when sluggishness starts.
