Hi. I swapped from using CQG AMP and Sierra Denaly L11 to Teton . I requested Teton Data for Sierra with AMP and agreed, I have DEnali etc incl cme in SC and I cannot trade live. What am I missing ? None of your support links point to this new version of teton . What is the min amount needed in the account for live tradlig? I do seem to be getting good fast correct data. In SC settings I have selectedTeton CME Order Routing and AMP ad clearing firm. Apart from wihin Sierra where I have paid for CME etc do I have to do that somewhere within AMP or... ? Very frustrated as there is minimal instructive help - that I can find anyway. Thanks

That documentation is useless. I have seen it a dozen times. It tells me to do what I have done but my attempts at placing orders do nothing. I see the order pop up and it just goes away. It is as if with CQG amp my account got too low. That is why I ask what the minimum is. The other thing is, Do I have to somehow pay for cme data in the amp site? I thought paying in Sierra was enough. Thanks

Did you convert your symbols when asked to? I was not able to place teton orders until I converted the symbol of my chartbook to be compatible with teton when asked to. I was thinking it was not necessary since i was already using Daneli for data... but apparently Teton nomenclature is different. I'm also on Daneli, Teton + amp and pay all to Sierra nothing to AMP (except commissions) Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-05-18 11:34:57
