Hello, I am on a trial account for now, testing things out. I'm having a difficult time working my way around the software and could use some specific help. My goal is to get historical intraday (seconds) data for a number of stocks within the S&P 500. This software seems to be so robust that is has so much information for which I have no context. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. Can someone walk me through a step by step on downloading Historical Intraday (seconds) Data for 'AAPL'? If there are additional instruction to be able to download multiple stocks at once, that would be great as well. Thanks so much in advance for the help. |

The main problem you are having right now is that you did not "Activate" your trial. As such, you were limited in what you could do. Refer to the information here: Sierra Chart Trial Account We have gone ahead and "Activated" the trial for your account. As such, you will now have access to the delayed data for U.S. Equities with Consolidated Tape. If you prefer you can also access the NASDAQ TotalView data by adding a "-NQTV" suffix to the end of the standard ticker - refer to the information here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Nasdaq TotalView Data Feed Notes You also have access to the delayed streaming data for futures from the CME Group, EUREX, and CFE. Refer to the information here: Delayed Exchange Data Feed In terms of setting the time-period for a chart, refer to the following: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartSettings.html#TimePeriodPerBar And also refer to the following: Changing Chart Bars Period For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
