Hi I have an issue with playback (replay) When executing playback all my charts are in synch and playback is fine apart from my Market Profile which, is always on pause (as shown in insert) when I press play button I've tried everything on the support page to no avail - Its just stuck on the same price each time I try playback Any help would be appreciated Thanks |

Maybe that particular chart is not within the same Chartbook. Hi Thank you for your message I have sent you a screenshot of all 4 charts which can be seen clearly within the same chartbook Please note top left of the screen the Market Profile is on "pause" I have it on play the the Footprint the DOM the VWAP charts are all visible Also, only the VWAP and the Footprint are synchronized, the DOM is nowhere near the prices on the other charts The Market Profile is just stuck on the same price as its on pause I hope this helps Thanks again for your help J Walker |

Hi Hi Thanksfor the message I have already tried this - I opened just the one chart Market Profile and replayed the chart and it always comes out "paused" as in previous messages I dont know why its always paused when I press play Regards |

We are not able to reproduce this. When we start the replay for the TPO it starts normally. Do you have the option for "Start Paused" selected?

Hi Yes I did have the option for start paused selected - I have deselected it and its working fine now. Seems that was the issue all along and it seems to be synched ok with very little latency ( please see insert)-- Thank you! However, I still have synch issues on playback when using 4 charts (please see insert) only the Market Profile and the VWAP charts are synched, the DOM and the Footprint are nowhere near. Could this be because I am using too many charts? -All four charts work fine in real time Thank you for your help |

Hi Thanks for the message I took this today and the "Skip Empty Periods" was disabled anyway None of the charts are synchronized (as in insert) The Market Profile chart is just stuck not moving at all Thank you |

Start with the TPO chart and run a replay with just that chart. Make sure it is working as expected. Then add another chart and go from there. You might want to start the replay with the option of "Start Paused" selected. Then you wait until all the charts have loaded and then select the Play button. This ensures that you do not have a synchronization issue to start due to the loading of the charts.
