I am trying to display true range in a chart region of my chart. It is a 3 tick reversal chart of ZN futures contract. I wanted to know if there was a way to: 1) display the number of ticks for the range instead of the increments from one tick to the next (in this case 0.5/32) and 2) how to display eith just the number or the number above or below a bar (for example). I tried o a couple of different scale settings but could not get the display i was looking for Thank you |

1. You would have to use another study to get the information in ticks. In particular, the Spreadsheet Study would be the easiest, where you would put in the following formula: =ID1.SG1 / TICKSIZE Where ID1 is the ID number of the True Range study and SG1 is the first subgraph of the True Range study. You will have to update the ID number for your particular setup. 2. If you want to display the numbers in the Main Price Graph, then you can set the "Draw Style" for the Spreadsheet Formula to "Value on High" or "Value on Low". If you want it in its own region, then set the Draw Style to "Value of Subgraph" and then adjust your scale so that all the numbers are in a single row.
