dear madam, dear sir After 1 year of normal operation and for approximately 2 weeks sierrachart has become progressively slow and jerky with some daily variability in these 2 characteristics. And this for no apparent reason. I changed nothing in the use of this computer. I went to a computer maintenance store. they told me that the capacities of the computer (processor - memory) leave a lot of margin before being saturated. I bought this computer in accordance with the technical specifications recommended by Sierrachart (6 core CPU with 16 gigabytes) a year ago. According to this store, the problem comes from sierrachart. I saw your FAQ, I don't have several open chartbooks. Do you have a solution to recommend to me? best regards |

There is a lot of information at the following link for things to go through and try/do to improve performance: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
