I deleted all of my simulated trades. I would like to restore from my backup so that I can extract TAL from June 3 to today. I restored the DATA folder, but this didn't bring back my old simulated orders, just saw today's orders. Is there a file I can copy from my backup?

Yes. This would be the TradeactivityLog.DAT file located in the folder where Sierra Chart is installed to.
