Good afternoon. Just wanted to let you know about a possible bug. That I encountered. Went upgrading to version 2496.. In a sub instance of Sierra. When I When I duplicated all the charts to a new chart book and after going into the settings to change the symbol in the new chart book when you hit the auto set from data feed, the whole system would crash. I tried to do this multiple times and couldn't figure out what was going on I thought it might have been my PC acting up. After reverting back to 2495 the problem went away. Just wanted to give you a heads up to take a look into it. If you have any more questions feel free to call me Sal. |

Are you using any custom studies? If so, refer to help topic 17: Sierra Chart Unexpectedly Shutting Down | Memory Errors | Unusual Software Problems | Exception Errors | Freezing of User Interface We would never be able to reproduce this problem. And just because you see it in one version and not another does not mean the issue is in a particular version. That would not be likely. We do not believe this is a problem within Sierra Chart itself but has some other cause. And we do not think it is a system issue either.
