If anyone can help, I need help with modifying the user study "Price Change Counter". Whenever I change or add an indicator to a chart that the "price change counter" is on, it resets all the previous data (that is, erases them), and starts a new bar, with no previous bars showing. Does anyone have a code to fix this, so that the indicator does not lose any prior data, but saves it all?

Something like this would be difficult to solve. It would require the study creates its own bars and the underlying chart would need to be set to 1 Number of Trades.

as you said above - ""It would require the study creates its own bars and the underlying chart would need to be set to 1 Number of Trades. "" Is there a similar user study that you could recommend that would do the job you mention? Then I can look at it myself and try to convert it to what I want. |

No. In general, it is difficult and not efficient to do what the name of the study is saying.
