Its happened again my charts are being delayed by 10mins .
I have sent you an Email on the 28 April to verify my trading and I have sent one today,

Why do you cause a disruption at the end of each month when I am sending you proof of trading before the end of Month?

Do you want me to send the statement directly to the support board?

Please rectify this problem asap.

The reason for the delay is that there is extra time to verify these statements. April 28 is not necessarily soon enough being it is a Friday. You really need to provide it about four business days ahead of time.
