Its happened again my charts are being delayed by 10mins . I have sent you an Email on the 28 April to verify my trading and I have sent one today, Why do you cause a disruption at the end of each month when I am sending you proof of trading before the end of Month? Do you want me to send the statement directly to the support board? Please rectify this problem asap. |

The reason for the delay is that there is extra time to verify these statements. April 28 is not necessarily soon enough being it is a Friday. You really need to provide it about four business days ahead of time.
