Due to the transition, to our new US stock data feed, at this time there are two outstanding Historical US stock data issues: 1. For some NYSE and AMEX symbols, there is limited amount of historical stock data. Only about 3 days of data. 2. For some symbols there will be no historical data at all. To resolve this problem, you need to update Sierra Chart to the latest version. Instructions: Software Download: Fast Update However, after updating, be aware of the issue with 1. This will be resolved, we expect by the mid day Saturday, April 29. 3. During the process of us restoring the historical data for NYSE and AMEX symbols at this time, for some symbols, you may find that the most recent data received, is not to the current date April 28, 2023. This will be gradually resolved as the missing data is filled in on our servers today. ----- To re-download all the data in the chart once the above issues have been resolved, follow these instructions: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". We expect around 12 PM US Eastern time April 29, 2023, for the historical stock data to be fully loaded onto the server for US equities.
