My account is valid through 10/13/2023. However, I cannot download intraday data today, and a message popped up that reads: "logon rejected due to authorization failure". I don't know why it happened (it never happened for the past five years). Please help me solve the problem ASAP. Thanks.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

The problem still occurs when I try to download $INX, although other symbols work now.
