Hi, If I left click with the mouse and move the mouse to the right in order to see what is on the chart to the left, the chart doesnt move. How do I fix this please? Thanks! |

It sounds like you have the "Lock Fill Space" option enabled. Disable this under "Chart >> Lock Fill Space". If there is a checkmark next to it, then it is enabled and vice versa. Lock fill was not enabled in the first place. The only way for me to move the chart to the right is to hold down the left arrow key on the keyboard but all my functions are down with the mouse so i need a way of clicking and dragging with the mouse to move the chart please. Thanks !

Theres no way to move the chart whilst the crosshair is selected? That means I need to toggle between the hand setting and cross hair setting all the time ? |

Refer to the following setting: Chart Drawing Tools: Action When Other Tools Selected (Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Chart Values >> Chart Values) You may want to review the other settings for the crosshairs, as there are a few that you may want to adjust for how you work. Ok so i changed the setting from NONE to one of the others and it worked. so i have a crosshair and am able to move the chart left and right. what i did notice then is if i click alt 4 to draw a line, the system assumes i want to draw multiple lines and stays in the drawing mode. how do i just draw one line when i click alt 4 please? thanks !

I understand and you have a valid point. I just checked with stage 5 and they havent yet received the funds. They expect to have them later today at which point I will be able to subscribe to the platform and data. Trust me, I am also waiting on them....

Issue resolved. fyi - took out membership today since everything got setup with the broker. I appreciate you guys answering my cases over the past few days. Its a bit tough having to learn a whole new system when you have been using another one for so long so thanks for being so patient with me. It is sincerely appreciated! ;-) |
