Hi Is there a way for me to place a tick or mark which issues have been resolved and which issues are still open in the list of support cases that I am logging. I dont want to delete the closed items in case I need to refresh my memory on how to do certain things - just a mark against those that are resolved from my perspective? Thanks! |

There is not a way for you to mark items in the Support Board. If you are asking about something else, then please give us some additional information, as we are not understanding. We do not have anything like this, nor would we expect to develop it. You can always sort by the "Last Post Date-Time" which will give you an indication if the topic is "closed" or not (i.e. if there are not recent posts, then it is probably "completed").

Just had a thought - i can rename the title of the issue and add a '-' before the title to tell me if the issue has been resolved. That is a fine work around. Thanks !
